Store questions
How fast is delivery?
Within a few seconds while the character is online. It needs one free inventory slot per item; if the bag is full, delivery waits until a slot is free.
My character is offline. Is the item lost?
No. The order stays pending and is delivered the next time the character logs in. You can follow it under My orders.
Can I get a refund?
Delivered items can't be refunded or exchanged. If a delivery fails, the Knight Cash goes back to your balance.
How does a name change work?
Pick the character and the new name. The character must be logged out of the game while the name changes; log in again afterwards to see it.
Is anything pay-to-win?
No. The store sells premium, scrolls and services only: no upgrade scrolls, gold bars or other items that buy power.
How do I get Knight Cash?
Knight Cash top-ups open later. Prices are shown in the in-game store only.
